Dr. Meenal Thakral is a Geriatrician who post graduated from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. She completed her MD in 2019 and worked as a Senior Resident in the Geriatric Medicine department at AIIMS, New Delhi for 3 years. Dr. Thakral has special interest in the management of geriatric syndromes, ortho-geriatrics, onco-geriatrics and in conducting comprehensive geriatric assessment. She is known for her holistic approach to addressing issues faced by older adults. She is a certified trainer in the Clinical Dementia Rating scale (CDR) used for Cognitive assessment of elderly, has 4 publications and has presented in various national and international conferences.
