Dr. Ashima Shukla is a specialized mind and body medicine practitioner, health coach, wellness consultant, the first BAH (Bio resonance Analysis of Health) practitioner in India and a trained psychological counsellor with a vast experience of 23+ years.
She holds expertise in adolescent and relationship counselling and is a specialist in cognitive restructuring, guided imagery and relaxation techniques
An integral part of her therapies are Contemplative practices, meditation, mindfulness and self-awareness exercises.
