Dr. Tokala Surender Reddy

Dr. Tokala Surender Reddy received his medical degree from the prestigious and well-known MRMC, Gulbarga (Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS)) and completed his post-graduate studies at the BLDEA Shri B.M. Patil Medical College Hospital and Research Center in Bijapur. He has performed a range of minimally invasive surgeries and is constantly learning new techniques. After receiving training from Intuitive Surgical and becoming certified, he expanded his portfolio to include robotics and has been practising robotics since 2015. At Advocate Sherman Hospital in Chicago, he received advanced robotics training and has performed more than 10,000 general and laparoscopic surgeries in addition to more than 100 robotic procedures.

Until now, more than 50 distinct robotic hernia procedures have been carried out with encouraging results. He has worked as a general and GI surgeon for our organisation for more than 20 years, and he believes in surgical care that is compassionate and concerned. In challenging circumstances, he has completed more than 50 covid-positive emergency operations.
