He is specialized in the management of cases like acute kidney disease, chronic kidney disease, renal transplant, ABO incompatible transplants, swap transplants, kidney biopsies, and vascular access.
He has received training in interventional nephrology to perform procedures such as inserting temporary hemodialysis catheters, placement of tunneled cuffed catheters, and use of ultrasound in Nephrology.
He was the winner of HL Trivedi Gold Medal in Nephrology from National Board of Examination, New Delhi 2011.
He also got Gold Medal in Internal Medicine-December 2006 from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
In addition to this, he also received 3 Gold Medals from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College during his MBBS.
